This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made through HostAWorkshop.com and related services operated by Beeliance LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including the Be Retirement Prepared program.

By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Company.

Due to the nature of our services— which include strategic planning, campaign setup, market research, advertising preparation, and resource allocation— refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.

2. Workshop Campaign Services

Payments for workshop campaigns (including Silver, Gold, multi-date, or white-label offerings) cover preparatory and strategic work that begins immediately after purchase.

As a result:

No refunds will be issued once campaign planning, setup, or market review has commenced

Workshop performance, attendance, registrations, and results are not guaranteed

Estimated activity ranges are projections only and may vary by market

3. Rescheduling

In certain cases, and at the Company’s sole discretion, a workshop date may be rescheduled if sufficient notice is provided and resources permit. Rescheduling does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

4. Cancellations by the Company

If the Company determines that a workshop campaign cannot proceed due to internal limitations or unforeseen circumstances, the Company may, at its discretion:

Offer a rescheduled date, or

Issue a partial or full refund

This determination is made on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company may result in immediate suspension of services and forfeiture of any remaining deliverables.
