1. Your Data Rights

• Right to Opt Out of Sale — We do not sell personal data, but you may submit a request to confirm this

2. How to Submit a Request

Please include your full name, email address associated with your account, and a clear description of your request.

3. Identity Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We will ask you to confirm information we already have on file. We will not fulfill requests from parties we cannot verify.

4. Response Timeframe

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and fulfill it within 30 days. If we require additional time we will notify you of the extension and the reason.

5. Limitations

Some data may be retained even after a deletion request where we are required by law to keep it — for example, transaction records for tax and accounting purposes, or data needed to resolve an active dispute. We will notify you if any portion of your request cannot be fulfilled and explain why.

6. California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information. To submit a California-specific request use the contact methods above and reference CCPA in your message.
