Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a workshop campaign. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to the refund and cancellation terms below.
Workshop campaign services provided by Beeliance LLC involve significant upfront resource allocation including market research, ad creative development, registration page setup, and campaign infrastructure. As a result, all campaign purchases are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
If you wish to cancel your campaign before your onboarding call has taken place and before any campaign build work has begun, you may request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase. Approved cancellations within this window may receive a full refund at our discretion, minus any Stripe processing fees (typically 2.9% + /bin/sh.30).
To request a cancellation within this window, email [email protected] immediately with your order confirmation number.
Once your onboarding call has occurred or any campaign build work has commenced — including market research, ad creative drafting, or registration page development — the campaign fee is non-refundable in full. No partial refunds are issued for incomplete campaigns due to client non-response or withdrawal after onboarding.
If you need to postpone your campaign dates after booking, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to market availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is granted at our discretion. Rescheduling does not entitle you to a refund.
If Beeliance LLC is unable to fulfill a campaign in your requested market due to an existing exclusivity conflict that was not identified at time of purchase, you will be offered the choice of an alternative market or a full refund. This is the only circumstance in which a full refund is issued after the 48-hour window.
The White-Label add-on fee is non-refundable once branding work has begun. If you have purchased the add-on and no white-label work has commenced, the add-on may be cancelled within the same 48-hour window as the base campaign.
We take chargeback disputes seriously. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us in good faith to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to provide documentation of services rendered to your card issuer and to pursue recovery of amounts owed. We are always willing to work with clients to resolve concerns — please contact us first.
All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with your full name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.
