Additional Considerations

Downstream Revenue From What Advisors Sell
This is not included in Options 1-3, but it is important to call out. There is additional revenue available by participating in a percentage of what the advisors ultimately sell after meeting attendees from these events. That downstream revenue layer has not been structured or priced into this proposal yet - but it represents a meaningful opportunity.
Beeliance could also handle attendee follow-up on behalf of advisors - calls, SMS, email nurture, scheduling, and reminders - to help move prospects through the pipeline and improve close rates. For this service, a small follow-up management fee plus a percentage of closed business would apply.

Compliance and Licensing
All workshop campaigns are structured to be educational and compliance-friendly. Ad creative, landing page copy, and attendee messaging are designed with financial services guidelines in mind. Final review and approval remains with the advisor's firm or broker-dealer.
Given your background and licensing, you would be the appropriate party to structure any downstream revenue arrangement correctly and compliantly, ensuring it works from a regulatory standpoint while allowing both parties to participate in the additional revenue generated.

Market Exclusivity and Scale
The partner model operates on a one-active-campaign-per-market basis, ensuring attendance quality and preventing competing events from diluting any registrant pool. For multi-market or enterprise-scale rollouts, territory protection, centralized reporting, and compliance-aligned creative are all available.
